Coronation Darbar of 1911, Delhi
The Durbar was held in Delhi on December 12, 1911, to celebrate the visit of King George V to India. A similar Lahore celebrations were organized by Khan Bahadur Altaf Hussain Khan, Assistant Commissioner of Lahore.
Sir Rahim Bakhsh attended the Delhi Darbar with the 7-yr-old Nawab of Bahawalpur, Sadeq Mohammed Abassi V, and H.A.F. Metcalf, the political officer. The following description of the parade appears in The Historic Record of the Imperial Visit to India, 1911, published in 1914.
